Interface with key stakeholders recommend solution Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Provide best practices standard and guidelines for webMethods development to Application Development teams Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with external vendors and end clients Coordinating with teams working in different geographies and time zones Technically lead and groom a team of developers who might be geographically distributed.
