We work with teams across engineering, pharma, construction, defence, MSMEs, and infrastructure to drive disciplined execution and decision-making.

Now, we’re revamping our digital presence to reflect this unique approach. We’re building a smart, automated website that acts as both a business engine and a platform for delivering MSI™ at scale.

About the Internship

We’re hiring an on-site intern who can blend design thinking with backend logic to rebuild our website on Wix and launch automated, interactive MSI™ programs for our clients.

This role will involve creating scalable DIY training experiences, automating lead journeys, and structuring content that reflects TPMS's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild and redesign the TPMS website using Wix Editor / Wix Studio
• Use Velo by Wix to automate backend logic: lead capture, follow-ups, gated content, CRM triggers
• Implement and manage Wix CMS for blogs, case studies, and program pages
• Design and launch DIY MSI™ programs with restricted content, user access workflows, and progress tracking
• Integrate Wix CRM + Automations to deliver a seamless experience for leads and clients
• Ensure responsive design and strong UI/UX aligned with B2B and institutional clients
• Collaborate on content flow and wireframes with the leadership team on-site

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent grads in design, computer science, or tech-business roles
• Hands-on experience with Wix (mandatory), Velo (preferred), or equivalent platforms
• A strong sense of UI/UX design, content flow, and visual storytelling
• Bonus: Familiarity with JavaScript, Zapier, Figma, Canva
• Must be available full-time on-site at our Navi Mumbai office

• Type: Full-time (On-site only)
• Location: TPMS Office, Vashi, Navi Mumbai
• Duration: 4 to 8 weeks (extendable)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (0900 - 1700)
