• Build responsive UI components using

  React / Next.js

• Work with

  TypeScript

  for clean, scalable code
• Integrate APIs with frontend
• Fix UI bugs and optimize performance

• Assist in building REST APIs using

  Node.js & Express

• Work with

  MongoDB schemas and queries

• Understand authentication, data flow, and backend logic

• Work directly with Founder on product features
• Participate in code reviews and feature discussions
• Follow startup-level development practices

• Convert requirements into working features
• Debug, test, and improve existing code
• Maintain clean commits and documentation

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of

  React.js / Next.js

• Familiarity with

  TypeScript

• Understanding of

  MERN stack fundamentals

• Basic Git/GitHub usage
• Willingness to learn fast and independently

• Ownership mentality (you finish what you start)
• Comfortable with ambiguity & fast changes
• Proactive, disciplined, and consistent
• Open to feedback and improvement
• Serious about learning real-world development
