The Role

This isn’t a sales or delivery job.

It’s a full-spectrum business-building role — working across sales, operations, and implementation.

You will:

• Align CXOs, promoters, and frontline teams
• Co-build structure and deliver cultural, operational, and financial results
• Learn and apply:
• SPIN Selling & MASS
• Chris Voss’s negotiation models
• PMBOK & CCPM
• Tantum, our in-house
