Key Responsibilities: Mechanical Testing: Supervise/condut different hardness and torque testing of fasteners. Operate and calibrate testing equipment (e.g., Different hardness testers, torque wrenches). Analyze mechanical properties and ensure conformity to specifications. Chemical Testing: Conduct chemical composition analysis using spectrometer. Conduct neutral salt spary test using salt spray chamber Ensure proper sample preparation and handling. Maintain chemical inventory and safety compliance. Lab Management: Lead a team of lab technicians and assign daily tasks. Maintain lab documentation, test records, and calibration logs.
