Job Title: Team Lead - Talent Acquisition Job Summary

The Team Lead - Talent Acquisition will oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for both IT and non-IT positions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

  • Oversee the full life-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Conduct mass bulk recruitment drives as needed.

  • Handle induction and orientation processes for new hires.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics to track performance and improve processes.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.

  • Experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
