Job Description

As a Market Segment Manager at Wrth Industry India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving growth and profitability across designated market segments for the company's product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within assigned Indian industrial sectors such as Shipbuilding, Steel Industry, Aerospace, Packaging, Railways, Electric Vehicles, and Engineering Hardware. - Identifying and pursuing new customer accounts in high potential market segments. - Developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the identified segments. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, procurement heads, and maintenance managers. - Collaborating with Wrth's Key Account and Technical Sales teams to deliver solutions. - Supporting tenders, RFQs, and large contract negotiations with existing and potential customers. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in 2 or more identified segments. - Strong understanding of the segments, users, and procurement cycles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in CRM and advanced MS Excel/Power BI skills. - Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and travel to clients as required.
