Role Overview: As an Expert in Learning & Development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning strategies and programs. Your role will involve being a strategic thinker with extensive experience in developing training initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the organization's objectives. - Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across various departments. - Design and deliver engaging training programs using a variety of instructional techniques. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary. - Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic planning. - Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
