As a Purchase Order Administrator at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Creation of Purchase Orders on ERP system - SAP - Maintaining Service Degree on daily basis and Backorder report - Working on Order Confirmation and Expediting Processes - Timely reply to the questions asked by the suppliers or other internal departments to resolve any issue in procurement of a part - Keeping the purchasing prices and the MOQ quantity up to date in ERP, as and when any update is sent by the supplier - Building, maintaining, and managing supplier relationships and keeping up good communication - Highlighting any cases to superiors where immediate attention is needed - Maintaining quality of material by checking beforehand any quality related issues of a supplier - Reviewing expediting sheet and sending reminders to supplier - Contacting internal/external teams or superior in case any suggestion is needed to place an order in a timely manner No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
