Junior Executive - US Purchasing

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for performing order confirmations on a daily basis. You will also need to ensure timely responses to inquiries from suppliers or other internal departments in order to address any procurement issues efficiently. Keeping the purchasing prices and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) updated in the ERP system whenever there are updates from the supplier will be a key task. Building, maintaining, and managing supplier relationships while fostering good communication will be essential for success in this role. It will also be part of your responsibilities to promptly escalate cases to superiors that require immediate attention. Ensuring the quality of materials by proactively checking for any supplier-related quality issues is also crucial. You will be required to review the expediting sheet regularly and send reminders to suppliers as necessary. In situations where suggestions are needed to place an order in a timely manner, you should not hesitate to reach out to internal teams or your superior for guidance. Your overall objective will be to contribute to the smooth functioning of the procurement process by effectively managing communications, maintaining supplier relationships, and addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.,
