Description

Prepare and submit PPAP documentation in line with customer and industry requirements.

Handle IMDS submissions for material compliance in automotive applications.

Manage and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring proper documentation and cross-functional communication.

Review and approve Material Test Reports (MTRs) to ensure alignment with technical specifications.

Develop and maintain inspection plans and quality procedures.

Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO9001 and IATF 16949.
