Junior Executive - US Purchasing

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Doing order confirmations on a daily basis. - Timely replying to the questions asked by the suppliers or other internal departments to resolve any issue in the procurement of a part. - Keeping the purchasing prices and the MOQ quantity up to date in ERP, as and when any update is sent by the supplier. - Building, maintaining, and managing supplier relationships and keeping up good communication. - Highlighting any cases to superiors where immediate attention is needed. - Maintaining the quality of material by checking beforehand any quality-related issues of a supplier. - Reviewing the expediting sheet and sending reminders to the supplier. - Contacting internal teams or superiors in case any suggestion is needed to place an order in a timely manner.
