Role Overview

The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining web solutions that enhance SAI CPA Services’ digital brand, improve client engagement, and streamline internal operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full-stack web development, UI/UX best practices, and modern web technologies — with the ability to translate business needs into high-performing, secure, and scalable digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Design & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain the company’s website and client portals.
• Create responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web interfaces aligned with brand identity.
• Implement SEO best practices and optimize website performance.

2. Technical Architecture & Integration

• Develop scalable and secure website architecture with robust backend functionality.
• Integrate APIs, CRMs, and third-party tools (e.g., accounting portals, payment gateways, chat systems).
• Ensure smooth integration between front-end interfaces and back-end databases.

3. Maintenance & Optimization

• Monitor website uptime, security, and load times.
• Conduct regular audits and implement updates, patches, and improvements.
• Optimize for performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

4. Digital Transformation Support

• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams to digitize workflows and enhance client experience.
• Build internal tools or dashboards for HR, finance, or client management as needed.
• Support automation of processes related to client onboarding, billing, and reporting.

5. Leadership & Project Management

• Lead the web development function and mentor junior developers or vendors.
• Manage full project lifecycles — from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in web development, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Expertise in back-end frameworks (Node.js, PHP, Python/Django, or .NET).
• Strong database knowledge (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of web hosting, DNS, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with professional services firms (CPA, legal, consulting, etc.).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,012.49 - ₹48,210.29 per month
