Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled PHP, Website Developer, SMO Specialist to design, develop, and maintain our websites and Social media handling . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP programming, front-end development, database management Social media post creation. You will collaborate with SEO team to deliver high-quality digital solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective SMO strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and followers. Plan daily social media calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand guidelines. Research trends, hashtags, industry topics, and competitor activities.

Content Creation & Coordination

Create design/content to create engaging posts, infographics, reels, stories, and videos. Ensure consistent brand voice across all social platforms. Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement on platforms including:
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube / others as needed
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, and website traffic. Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Optimization & Growth

Experiment with creative formats, posting schedules, and trending content. Increase organic reach through hashtags, collaborations, groups, and community-building tactics. Monitor and strengthen online brand reputation.

Collaboration

Work closely with digital marketing, content, sales, and branding teams to align campaigns. Support influencer collaborations and partnership activities if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer or Web Developer or SMO Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of PHP (Core + Frameworks), MySQL, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Linux server management or cPanel.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website analytics, Expertise with SMO tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva / Photoshop, Google Analytics.

Preferables:

• Candidates from Chennai.
• Accommodation, travel & food not providable.
• Minimum 3 years experience in PHP, Web development & SMO handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
