As a Website Developer & Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing our web presence. This hybrid position requires a blend of creative design skills and technical expertise to bring our web designs to life effectively. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly digital experience. Key Responsibilities: - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch - Design visually appealing websites aligned with our brand, focusing on user experience - Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms - Collaborate with content and marketing teams to maintain consistent design language - Convert designs into functional websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks - Manage CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify - Implement SEO best practices, optimize site speed, and ensure cross-browser compatibility - Perform regular maintenance, debugging, and feature enhancements Skills & Qualifications: - Strong portfolio showcasing design and development work, with a focus on WordPress - Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React preferred) - Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) - Familiarity with backend basics (PHP, Node.js, or CMS integrations is a plus) - Understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards - Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization techniques - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities Bonus Skills (Good to Have): - Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion - Knowledge of API integrations (REST, GraphQL) - Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar - Basic understanding of branding and marketing In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across various industries, enjoy creative freedom, and be part of a collaborative culture that encourages skill growth in both design and development.,
