Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: [Insert Location] / Remote Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Information Technology (IT) Reports To: Marketing Manager / Creative Director Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs across digital and print media. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives aligned with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, development, and sales to create visually impactful designs. Design and deliver creative assets including social media creatives, website graphics, UI elements, infographics, brochures, email templates, presentations, and advertisements. Develop branding guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communication. Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, including brainstorming, sketching, and final delivery. Optimize designs for various digital platforms (web, mobile, social). Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the IT and digital space. Ensure all creative deliverables meet technical and brand specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an IT or tech-focused company. Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects) Figma , Sketch , Canva , CorelDRAW (as applicable) Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and professional work. Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. Preferred: Experience working in Agile or fast-paced startup environments. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
