As a Web Developer at ShuffleLabs, your role will involve a variety of tasks related to website design, development, and maintenance. Your primary focus will be on back-end and front-end web development, programming, and web design activities. You will create visually appealing and user-friendly websites based on project requirements, utilizing technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly websites. - Develop responsive and adaptive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other technologies. - Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to define website design and functionality requirements. - Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project needs. - Ensure websites are cross-browser compatible and optimized for mobile devices. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will manage WordPress sites, including custom themes and plugins. Maintenance, updates, and ensuring the security, speed, and relevance of WordPress websites will be crucial. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations is also part of your role. Implementing SEO best practices on all WordPress sites to enhance search engine rankings is essential. Maintenance and optimization tasks will include regular updates and upkeep of existing websites to ensure long-term functionality. Troubleshooting and debugging any website issues, monitoring performance, security, and uptime, and optimizing web pages for faster load times will be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of professional experience as a web developer and designer with a strong portfolio. - In-depth experience with WordPress theme development, plugin management, and troubleshooting. - Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP. - Experience with JavaScript libraries like jQuery or React.js. - Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Expertise in developing mobile-friendly and responsive web designs. - Understanding of SEO principles and experience with integrating SEO strategies into websites. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design and development. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience working in a team environment, collaborating with designers, marketers, and project managers.,
