Quantity Surveyor / CAD

Job Purpose:

To manage the contractual and commercial aspects of dewatering works on-site, including cost control, estimation, billing, and quality verification, CAD drawing ensuring all work complies with technical specifications and project standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of commercial site practices. (Dewatering techniques will be advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and execution.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with focus on dewatering or ground improvement works.
• Knowledge of groundwater control systems and geotechnical site conditions is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
