About the Role: We are looking for a Web Analytics Analyst who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and web tracking excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, auditing, and optimizing web tracking solutions, analyzing user behavior, and translating insights into impactful recommendations for SEO, Performance Marketing, and Web Development teams. If you have a strong command of Google Analytics 4 , Google Tag Manager , and Looker Studio Reporting , and a keen eye for detail, this is the opportunity to drive meaningful business outcomes through actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage tracking setups across websites and applications using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 . Perform end-to-end audits of existing tracking setups, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improvements. Set up eCommerce tracking , conversion events , and custom event tracking to monitor key user interactions and business KPIs. Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and visual reports using Looker Studio . Collaborate closely with SEO, Performance Marketing, and Web Development teams to ensure tracking aligns with business goals. Perform thorough web analytics QA to validate implementations across JavaScript, HTML, and CSS layers. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis, helping improve user experience, marketing performance, and overall site conversion. Maintain thorough documentation of tracking architecture, tag management configurations, and reporting structures. Stay updated on industry best practices, new tracking methodologies, and analytics trends to constantly enhance reporting and tracking standards. Primary Skills Required: Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) setup, migration, and analysis. Proficient in Google Tag Manager (GTM) configurations and troubleshooting. Strong experience in eCommerce Tracking & Conversion Setup . Ability to perform Tracking Audit & Analysis with precision. Skilled in Looker Studio (Data Studio) Reporting — building meaningful, visual dashboards. Hands-on experience with JavaScript , HTML , and CSS to support web tracking and minor code troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of Web Tracking & Conversion Funnels . Secondary Skills (Highly Valued): Strong Attention to Detail and commitment to data accuracy. Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting improvements. Excellent Communication and Client Management skills.
