Job Description

Job Summary:

The incumbent of this role will be responsible for managing relationships with High Net Worth (HNI), Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI), and Retail customers, offering tailored financial solutions, and driving investments into our insurance products. This role demands strong financial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of wealth management products.


Key Functional Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships across Retail, HNI, and UHNI client segments.
  • Conduct in-depth financial profiling to understand client needs and goals.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence.
  • Handle clients sourced from foreign banks and other wealth management distribution partners.

Retirement & Insurance Planning

  • Provide comprehensive planning services including investment & retirement planning.
  • Recommend suitable financial products based on client risk appetite and objectives.
  • Monitor and review client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with financial goals.

Product Knowledge & Upselling

  • Demonstrate deep understanding of financial instruments including mutual funds, bonds, equities, PMS, AIFs, and structured products.
  • Effectively upsell and cross-sell the company’s insurance products as part of holistic financial solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Leverage client networks and referrals to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized investment strategies.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in client portfolios through timely interventions.

Coordination with Partner Offices

  • Coordinate with partner teams to ensure seamless client servicing and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company professionally in all partner interactions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports to clients and management.
  • Use data analytics to identify client trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to product and strategy teams based on client insights.


Qualification required:

Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.


Years of experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking.


Technical skills required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
