The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, staff management, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, conducting training sessions for staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and addressing their needs effectively. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Experience in sales strategy development and implementation Strong customer service and relationship management skills Ability to monitor performance metrics and achieve sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Show more Show less
