Objective  To lead the global marketing operations and brand consistency of a luxury surfaces brand across offline and operational touchpoints. This includes global exhibitions, showrooms, events, collaterals, technical documentation, sampling, and asset creation. The role ensures a premium and consistent brand experience across India and international markets (US, Europe, Middle East).
Key Responsibilities
Brand Communication
- Craft and maintain a distinctive brand tone of voice across all internal and external content, ensuring consistency in storytelling across presentations, campaigns, digital channels, and training materials.
- Translate business objectives into clear and compelling brand narratives that resonate with architects, designers, partners, and customers in global markets.
Brand Implementation & Consistency
- Ensure all marketing material, dealer branding, showroom kits, and collaterals are aligned to brand guidelines.

- Conduct QC checks and audits to maintain premium presentation at partner locations.
Partner Marketing Activities
- Manage design, production, and installation of showroom branding, POS elements, and visual merchandising at dealer and warehouse locations.

- Plan and coordinate global exhibitions, architect events, launch promotions, and customer sampling experiences.
BTL Marketing Execution
- Plan and coordinate trade marketing activities like architect meets, launch events, dealer promotions, and sampling campaigns.
- Oversee production and logistics of sample kits, brochures, display stands, catalogues, and gallery kits.
- Lead project execution across marketing services  manage deployment trackers, timelines, budgets, and vendor SLAs.
Exhibition & Trade Show Management
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global exhibitions and trade shows  including booth design, vendor coordination, sampling counters, and customer engagement touchpoints across India, Europe, and the US.
- Develop and deploy complete event kits  including product catalogues, display stands, technical documents, sample boxes, and operational runbooks for flawless on-ground execution.
Marketing Collaterals & Sampling
- Oversee the production and dispatch of sample kits, brochures, display stands, and visual assets.
- Ensure inventory and timely delivery via logistics partners.
Marketing Services Project Management
- Own execution timelines, vendor SLAs, deployment trackers, and budget compliance across campaigns.
- Compliance, Certifications & Global CoordinationHandle certifications (NSF, CE, ISO, Kosher), trademarks and IP for Kreos
- Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional AlignmentLead vendor coordination, manage project workflows align with sales, R&D, finance, and production teams for sampling, payments, and sourcing; support color research, product mapping, and SOP creation for seamless marketing execution
Collaboration Campaigns
- Identify and manage collaborations with designers, architects, and social media influencers for organic buzz.
- Design co-branded campaigns or launch stories.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and onboard leading architects, designers, and design influencers across key markets to build authentic advocacy for the brand.
- Plan and execute experience-led engagements such as studio visits, design walks, product previews, and curated sampling for specifiers.
- Co-create content and campaign stories in collaboration with influencers and design thought leaders to drive organic reach and brand credibility.
Content Development & Management
- Develop compelling content assets including product catalogs, technical datasheets, sustainability reports, and lifecycle documentation tailored for global markets.
- Manage consistent brand tone and messaging across all customer-facing formats — digital, print, website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create visually aligned, high-impact content for exhibitions, customer presentations, and sales enablement.
Market Mapping & Market Research
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis across India, Europe, and US markets to support R&D and new product development.
- Map product applications and customer segments to identify whitespace opportunities, new use cases, and sampling priorities.
- Track macro and micro industry trends, including certifications, sustainability demands, and global design preferences, to inform go-to-market strategy.
Lead Generation & Lead Management
- Drive qualified lead generation through campaigns, exhibitions, influencer programs, and sampling initiatives across global markets.
- Integrate lead capture mechanisms across website, social media, WhatsApp, and event touchpoints with real-time response protocols.
- Maintain and manage a centralized lead database, track status, feedback, and conversion metrics through structured CRM workflows.
- Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize leads, personalize outreach, and optimize conversion rates through coordinated follow-ups and content delivery.
Internal Collaboration
- Work with brand, design, sales, and digital teams to align creative direction with on-ground deployment.
- Support new product launches with activation materials.
Award Submissions & Thought Leadership
- Identify relevant design, product, and business awards for submission.
- Craft entries, case studies, and talking points for juries and panels.
