Warehouse Supervisor

Seeking a Dynamic Warehouse Supervisor for a D2C brand based in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment across D2C (Shopify), marketplace, and B2B channels.

• Maintain optimal inventory accuracy and stock health through regular cycle counts and audits. Ensure inventory optimisation on different portals based on availability.

• Coordinate with customer care, category, and supply chain teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and products.

• Manage a team of warehouse executives, packers, and dispatch staff—train, schedule, and motivate them.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in the warehouse.

• Monitor shipping partners to resolve any delays or issues proactively and constantly work with them to get better rates.

• Generate reports on dispatch, returns, and warehouse KPIs; use data to drive improvements.
  

Job Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing warehouse & dispatch operations, preferably in a D2C, or e-commerce setup.

• Hands-on experience with WMS/OMS systems (Shopify and Viniculum experience is a must).

• Strong team leadership skills and the ability to manage blue- and white-collar teams.

• Sharp operational mind—can troubleshoot, optimise, and scale quickly.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Highly organised, with an eye for detail and deadlines.
