Warehouse Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing training and support to existing staff.• Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies.• Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.• Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.• Prepare reports on team performance, inventory, and other metrics for senior management.Qualifications:  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.• Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role, with at least 2+ years in a leadershipposition.• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management practices.• Excellent leadership and team management skills.• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus
