Warehouse Supervisor

In your role as an Assistant to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-paced environment. This includes managing warehouse staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure that company targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds - Ensuring correct loading and unloading processes - Ensuring on-time delivery of goods - Supervising receiving, unloading, loading, issuing, storing, and delivering materials - Planning and overseeing order packing, vehicle loading, deliveries, and pick-ups - Determining staffing levels and assigning workloads - Planning and organizing space for inbound shipment unloading and product stacking - Managing and adjusting staffing levels to meet daily operational requirements - Supervising the warehouse team and managing day-to-day operations - Ensuring health, safety, hygiene, and security of warehouse coworkers - Maintaining cleanliness and continuous improvement within the warehouse - Keeping records, reporting relevant information, and preparing necessary documentation - Performing inventory controls and maintaining high quality stock standards - Producing regular reports and statistics such as IN/OUT status and dead stock reports - Coordinating and monitoring goods receipt, storage, and dispatch - Maintaining stock accuracy and managing supplier return packaging - Troubleshooting errors, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions - Ensuring equipment is in working condition and timely servicing of warehouse equipment - Upholding the organization's core values such as Relationship for Life, Customer Service and Satisfaction, Teamwork for excellence, Responsible & Result Oriented, and Win-Win Cooperation In terms of qualifications, you should have a Graduate or Diploma degree along with 1 to 2 years of proven experience in handling warehouse activities. Additionally, you should possess the following skills and behavioral competencies: - Awareness in inventory management - Ability to analyze data and provide insights - Strong problem-solving and organizing skills - Good time-management and relationship management skills - Excellent teamwork skills with adaptability and attention to detail This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your performance. The work location will be in person.,
