Warehouse Supervisor

As a Factory Admin Assistant at our prominent importing, trading, and manufacturing company specializing in rubber raw materials and products, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities and qualifications required: Role Overview: You will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries of raw materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, picking and packing orders for shipment, and overseeing warehouse operations. Additionally, you will handle documentation and reporting tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Receive incoming deliveries of raw materials and verify quantities and quality against purchase orders - Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain inventory records - Pack tires for shipment with proper packaging and labeling - Operate material handling equipment like forklifts and maintain warehouse cleanliness - Generate necessary warehouse reports and maintain accurate documentation - Coordinate shipping to ensure timely dispatch of orders Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business technology or a related field preferred - More than 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to create and implement SOPs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset and experience in administrative or operational roles preferred - Strong proficiency in English writing, speaking, and reading - Ability to work independently, manage tasks proactively, and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and multitask effectively Please note that the job types include full-time and permanent positions with day, night, and rotational shifts. Additionally, a yearly bonus is offered. Kindly provide your current CTC in Lakhs per annum, notice period, and academic percentages in 10th, 12th, and Bachelor's. Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor for at least 2 years is required. The work location is in person.
