You will be responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods. You will measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees" performance. Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage areas will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials, as well as ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels. You will be checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy and ensuring shipments and inventory transactions" accuracy. Moreover, you will interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems and identify areas of improvement to establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
