Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff and daily activities, managing and reporting on warehouse productivity, tracking receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials, maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, ensuring accuracy in orders, inventory, and deliveries, maintaining records, preparing necessary documentation, ensuring health and safety compliance, performing daily inspections, and communicating with departments and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities - Manage and report on warehouse productivity - Track receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies - Ensure accuracy in orders, inventory, and deliveries - Maintain records and prepare necessary documentation - Ensure health and safety compliance and perform daily inspections - Communicate with departments and customers Qualifications Required: - Degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field (preferred) - Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management - Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Problem-solving skills Additional Details: The company provides health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
