We are looking for a Stock Manager / Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee inventory control and manage daily warehouse operations for our eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely dispatch of customer orders across multiple online selling platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor stock levels, receipts, returns, and transfers. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits. Coordinate with packing and dispatch teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Manage daily warehouse operations, including goods inward/outward movement. Ensure all eCommerce orders (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) are packed, labeled, and shipped as per guidelines. Handle inventory reconciliation between physical stock and online portal listings. Maintain proper documentation for stock, purchase, and dispatch records. Coordinate with courier partners and resolve shipment or return issues. Supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and cleanliness in operations. Generate daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reports for management.
