We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide an excellent in-store experience. Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and understand their needs Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly Assist customers in selecting the right products Achieve individual and showroom sales targets Prepare quotations, bills, and follow up on leads Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally Coordinate with the billing, delivery, and service teams Keep records of sales, customer details, and inventory movement Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in retail or showroom sales (freshers can apply) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language Strong convincing and negotiation skills Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel, WhatsApp follow-ups) Preferred Attributes:Target-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work on weekends and holidays Interest in sales, retail, and customer interaction Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary + sales incentives Performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within the company
