· Support to achieve Sales Target from branches by coordinating.
.Generate sales through professional agents (Architect,Builders,Contractor,Designers & Engineer).
· Study about Market Trends, collect data on upcoming projects - hospitals, villas, govt. projects, residences, Malls etc.
· Carry out demographic surveys to identify potential customers
· Timely market surveys on competitors price, product, brand, design, payment strategy etc.
· Conduct surveys to determine possible reception of a new product by a target market
.Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies where necessary
