The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth financial functioning of the showroom. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day financial transactions, including sales entries, purchase entries, and expense records Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and receipts Reconcile daily cash, card, UPI, and bank transactions Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor showroom inventory valuation and stock adjustments Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliance Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reviews Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting Maintain accurate record-keeping and organized accounting files
