Supervisor / Site Incharge Responsibilities Act as Site Incharge and manage day-to-day fabrication activities. Read, understand, and explain fabrication drawings clearly to the workers. Ensure proper marking, measurement, and cutting as per drawing. Supervise labourers properly and assign daily tasks efficiently. Monitor work progress and ensure completion within timelines. Check material availability and coordinate with management for requirements. Ensure fabrication work meets quality and safety standards. Maintain attendance, work records, and daily site reports. Resolve site issues and support smooth operation of all fabrication-related tasks.
