Job Description

Location: Sector 27, Gurugram (Warehouse) Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 / month Shift: Night / Day as required (state in post) Lead the packing team and own end-to-end execution: throughput, quality, timely dispatches and material availability — make sure the team consistently gets things done. What success looks like (owned outcomes) Orders packed on-time and dispatched as per schedule. Packing accuracy ≥ target (e.g., 99%); damage rate < target (e.g., 0.5%). Zero critical stockouts of packing materials during shift. Smooth handoff to logistics with minimal exceptions. Team runs to plan (roster adherence, breaks, coverage) and daily targets met. Key responsibilities — focused on execution Lead and coach the packing team (6–20 pax): rostering, daily huddles, quick retrains on SOPs. Own throughput: set daily/shift targets, remove blockers, reassign resources during peaks. Quality & QC: run random QC checks, sign off on fragile/valuable orders, track damage reasons. Inventory of packing materials: maintain min-stock levels, place replenishment requests, escalate shortages. Dispatch coordination: ensure correct SLAs, manifest checks, courier slot adherence and POD handoffs. Problem management: handle packing exceptions, missing items, re-packs and replacement flows. Reporting: daily shift summary (orders packed, errors, damages, material levels, blockers). Maintain floor discipline, cleanliness and safety during shift.
