Job Description 1. Department 2. Job Title Stores / Warehousing Warehouse Supervisor Oversees daily operations of a customs-bonded warehouse, ensuring compliance with customs regulations while managing inventory, staff, and logistics operations. 3. Key Roles 1. Manage and train warehouse staff in customs-bonded procedures, safety protocols, and operational processes 2. Ensure compliance with regulations, including accurate documentation of bonded cargo movements 3. Oversee inventory management systems and conduct regular audits of bonded and non-bonded goods 4. Coordinate with customs officials for inspections and documentation 5. Follow security protocols and access controls for the bonded facility 6. Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficient handling of both bonded and non-bonded goods 4. Main Responsibility (Describe Main Responsibility and Specify Objectives) 7. Supervise loading/unloading operations and verify proper documentation Education: • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field Experience: 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, with 3+ years in customs-bonded environments Skills & Competencies: 5.
