Job Title: Watchman / Resident Security Guard (24 Hours – Warehouse) Location: Sector 74, Gurgaon Working Hours: 24 hours (resident on-site, no shifts) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Watchman who will stay at our warehouse premises 24x7. The watchman will be responsible for safeguarding goods, monitoring entry/exit, and ensuring overall safety and security of the property. Key Responsibilities: Stay at the warehouse premises full-time to provide continuous security. Monitor and control entry/exit of people and vehicles. Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and damage to goods/property. Lock/unlock warehouse gates and ensure all security measures are followed. Maintain visitor/vehicle entry register. Keep the premises secure at night through regular patrolling. Report suspicious activity or incidents immediately to management. Assist during emergencies (fire, accidents, etc.) by alerting concerned staff. Take care of warehouse keys and ensure they are not misused. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th pass preferred. Prior experience as a watchman/security guard preferred. Physically fit and alert. Trustworthy and disciplined (must stay at the warehouse 24x7). Ability to handle long duty hours alone. Accommodation at the warehouse (mandatory).
