Watchman

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Monitoring:Regularly patrolling the factory grounds and buildings to deter potential threats and ensure all areas are secure.
• Access Control:Controlling access to the factory, verifying employee and visitor IDs, and preventing unauthorized entry.
• Security Equipment Management:Using surveillance equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems, to monitor activities and respond to security alerts.
• Incident Response:Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure the safety of the site.
• Reporting and Documentation:Creating detailed reports on security incidents, daily activities, and any unusual occurrences.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are followed, and reporting any potential hazards or safety violations.
• Equipment and Property Protection:Protecting factory equipment, materials, and other assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized use.
• Emergency Response:Acting as a first responder in emergency situations, such as fire or medical emergencies, and contacting the appropriate authorities when needed.
• Communication:Communicating effectively with other security personnel, factory staff, and emergency services as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Security Experience: Previous experience in security or related roles is often preferred.
• Surveillance Skills: Ability to use surveillance equipment and monitor activities effectively.
• Observation Skills: Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify potential security risks.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to patrol the factory grounds and respond to incidents.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess situations, identify solutions, and take appropriate action.
• Integrity and Professionalism: Maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
