We are looking for an experienced Accounts & MIS Executive with 3-5 years of relevant experience to manage end-to-end accounting operations and deliver accurate, timely MIS reports for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organised, and proactive in streamlining accounting processes and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Develop and maintain MIS reports on sales, purchases, expenses, and cash flow for management review Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and recommend actionable insights Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance including filings and documentation Coordinate with internal departments to gather operational data for reporting Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial planning processes Ensure audit readiness with proper documentation and reconciliations Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and reporting efficiency Key Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com) 3-5 years of experience in accounting and MIS reporting roles Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, data analysis) Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred:Experience in manufacturing, trading, or fast-growing startup environments Exposure to inventory management and cost accounting

The main focus of this role is to connect with customers who register with us, take their feedback, resolve issues, and process orders and returns smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Call customers daily from the registrations we receive to take feedback and ensure satisfaction Manage daily customer complaints or issues and arrange replacements promptly Process returns from e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) accurately Oversee order processing to ensure timely dispatch and delivery Maintain proper records of customer calls, feedback, issues, returns, and replacements Coordinate with warehouse and courier partners for smooth operations Key Requirements: 2+ years of experience in customer service or operations (preferred) Good communication skills (Hindi & English) with a polite and positive approach Basic knowledge of e-commerce portals and order management Organised with attention to detail Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally
