Job Description

Job Description: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager- Warehouse Operations

Location: Alwar, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts
Monitor and improve warehouse productivity, space utilization, and process efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams
Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and team supervision
Maintain MIS reports related to inventory, dispatches, and performance KPIs
Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to delivery schedules
Manage warehouse documentation and audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field
5–8 years of experience in warehouse management (manufacturing)
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP)
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Immediate joiner or short notice period
Local candidates or willing to relocate to Alwar
