Role Overview

Operations & Warehouse Manager

hands-on, ownership role

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse activities: inward, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and stock hygiene
• Implement and follow SOPs for warehouse efficiency
• Coordinate with cataloguing, QC, and merchandising teams

Inventory & Stock Control

• Maintain real-time stock accuracy across systems (Shopify / OMS / marketplaces)
• Oversee cycle counts, audits, reconciliation & discrepancy resolution
• Manage returns, RTAs, and damaged inventory processes

Manpower Management

• Manage warehouse staff & supervisors
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Train staff on SOPs, quality standards, and timelines
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance accountability

Order Fulfillment & Shipments

• Ensure timely order processing across D2C & marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, etc.)
• Coordinate with courier partners & logistics vendors
• Track dispatch timelines, delays, and escalations
• Reduce order cancellations, delays, and errors

Process & System Improvement

• Improve turnaround time (TAT) and fulfillment accuracy
• Support automation and system-driven workflows
• Work closely with founders on scaling operations

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in

  operations / warehouse / supply chain

• Experience in fashion / apparel / e-commerce

  is a strong plus
• Comfortable managing

  people + processes

• Detail-oriented, structured, and execution-focused

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment

• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
