Job Title: Warehouse & Office Administrator Location: Vijayawada Department: Operations / Administration Company: Punarvi Energies Ltd Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse & Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations at our Vijayawada location. The ideal candidate will manage warehouse activities, office administration, stock handling, material movement, dispatch coordination, project updates, and installation support. This role also includes basic HR coordination such as recruiting helpers for the godown when required. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper handling, storage, and movement of materials. Manage stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely reconciliation. Conduct regular stock audits and cross-check purchase and inventory data. Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of materials. Coordinate installation-related material preparation and dispatch. Office Administration Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office and godown. Maintain documentation, files, and reports related to operations and stock management. Prepare and share project-related work updates with relevant teams. Support the sales team by providing accurate sales and dispatch data. Coordination & Communication Serve as a point of contact between the warehouse, sales team, HR, and management. Coordinate with the HR Manager for manpower requirements and recruitment of helpers for the godown as needed. Ensure clear communication regarding material availability, project updates, and dispatch schedules. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse and office premises. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields). 2–4 years of experience in warehouse administration, office administration, or operations support. Strong knowledge of inventory management and dispatch procedures. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/Inventory software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Work Location: Vijayawada (Warehouse & Office)
