Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

Senior

Experience:

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in a similar role within warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily

  dispatch operations

  for D2C and B2B orders, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
• Supervise

  packing processes

  to maintain product quality and ensure damage-free deliveries.
• Take ownership of

  inventory management

  , including real-time stock monitoring, audits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee and maintain the

  organization, cleanliness, and safety

  of the warehouse premises.
• Operate and manage all

  shipping platforms

  such as

  Shiprocket

  and

  Unicommerce

  , resolving logistical issues proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure order sync and inventory flow on

  Shopify

  and across all

  e-commerce marketplaces

  including

  Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and others

  .
• Implement best practices to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational errors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

  logistics, warehouse management, and dispatch operations

  .
• Proficiency in

  shipping tools

  like

  Shiprocket

  and

  Unicommerce

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Shopify

  and major

  marketplace platforms

  (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).
• Strong

  problem-solving

• Hands-on experience with

  inventory software

  and good command of

  Microsoft Excel
