Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Changsari
Experience: 5+ years in warehouse or store operations

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory control, and warehouse management. The role involves ensuring smooth inbound/outbound logistics, timely stock audits, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall warehouse and store operations.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Oversee inventory accuracy and timely replenishment.
Coordinate dispatches and deliveries efficiently.
Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols.
Lead and train warehouse staff for operational excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of warehouse/store management experience.
Strong knowledge of inventory and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet operational deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
