Warehouse Manager

Your role as a Warehouse Manager will involve maintaining the goods receiving and dispatching operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures. You will be responsible for safeguarding warehouse operations and contents through the establishment and monitoring of security procedures. This includes controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with the data storage system. You will play a key role in achieving financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures - Establish and monitor security procedures and protocols - Conduct physical counts to control inventory levels - Prepare annual budgets and analyze variances - Schedule and assign employees to complete warehouse operational requirements - Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials - Recruit, select, orient, and train warehouse staff - Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to maintain job results Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in warehouse management - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund.
