Job Description

Position: Jr. Dispatch Officer Company: AA Energy Foods Key Responsibilities: Manage Daily Dispatch Operations: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods to customers as per delivery schedules. Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics Teams: Work closely with the warehouse and transport teams to streamline loading and unloading processes. Maintain Dispatch Records: Update and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans in the system for audit and tracking purposes.Track delivery vehicles to ensure on-time delivery and report any delays or issues to the supervisor.Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols during dispatch operations. Job Requirements: Monitor Vehicle Movement: Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards: Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in dispatch or logistics operations .Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/dispatch software systems.Strong coordination and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and transport vendors. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
