Job Description

Location: PAN India (Travel as per business requirements) Industry Preference: Beauty / Personal Care / Cosmetics Experience Required: 3-6 years (Beauty industry experience preferred) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to manage offline marketing and BTL (Below-the-Line) activities across PAN India , with a focus on driving brand visibility, promotional execution, and sales support . The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to activate market-level campaigns, coordinate ground events, and promote brand awareness. Prior experience in the beauty or personal care industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Plan & Execute BTL Activities including on-ground promotions, product samplings, in-store activations, mall promotions, roadshows, kiosks, exhibitions, and influencer-led events. Work closely with regional and local sales teams to support sell-through and local market activation. Boost brand awareness through local campaigns and on-ground promotions. Develop region-specific marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive offline sales. Identify and collaborate with vendors, event agencies , and local marketing partners for campaign execution. Monitor, track and analyze the performance of BTL campaigns and report ROI and key success metrics , provide improvement suggestions. Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing efforts. Support new product launches through retail activations and promotional campaigns . Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and local consumer preferences. Travel extensively to major cities and tier-2/3 markets as per campaign needs. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in offline marketing, BTL, and field promotions . Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry preferred. Strong understanding of retail and field marketing mechanics . Strong vendor relationships for BTL activities on PAN India basis. Proven ability to execute and manage PAN India campaigns . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel frequently and manage on-ground teams.
