Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM/ASE/SO)- Gujrat Industry Preference: Beauty & Personal Care Location: Gujrat Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an ASM/ASE/SO at La Pink in Gujrat . He/she will be responsible for managing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. The candidate will play a key role in expanding market reach and ensuring business growth in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Gujrat region. Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify trends to optimize sales efforts. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve desired outcomes. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team. Qualifications: Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management . Strong negotiation and communication skills. Prior experience in the beauty or skincare industry or personal care is preferred. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English and Hindi ; knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field .
