As an Area Sales Manager at La Pink in Gujrat, your primary responsibility will be to oversee sales operations, identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets within the assigned region. You will be instrumental in expanding market reach and ensuring business growth in Mumbai. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, scouting and securing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retail partners, analyzing sales performance data to optimize efforts, guiding and motivating the sales team towards success, collaborating with the marketing team for effective promotional campaigns, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations, and providing regular sales reports to the management team. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with a background in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry. You must demonstrate the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions, a track record of surpassing sales targets, proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is a plus), and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
