Warehouse Manager

Roles and Responsibilities of 3PL – Consumer Durable Warehouse1. Inbound & GRN Operations

• Ensure timely vehicle unloading, GRN posting, and damage blocking with Nil Pendency.
• Perform physical verification and complete documentation at the time of receipt.
• Share daily MIS reports for all inbound transactions.

2. Outbound Operations & Dispatch Management

• Ensure all OBDS are dispatched as per SOP – 100% Compliance.
• Closely track appointment dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries with delay reasons logged.
• Generate and validate E-way Bill – Part B.
• Ensure 100% POD collection and proper filing of documents.

3. Inventory Management & Warehouse Housekeeping

• Regularly update YMTR and flash the warehouse dashboard.
• Maintain and update the daily warehouse check chart.
• Stack FG stocks on pallets with placards, segregate blocked/defective materials properly.
• Execute dekitting of materials physically and in SAP – 100% Compliance.
• Manage RTV – ensure no pendency beyond 30 days.

4. Documentation & Billing

• Timely submission of:
• Transporter bills
• Reimbursement bills
• All bills to client (Usha)
• Ensure all bills are mapped in SAP and filed physically – 100% Compliance.

5. Safety, Compliance & Administration

• Conduct and document monthly mock drills.
• Maintain First Aid Box, conduct fire extinguisher inspections, and pest control.
• Ensure file binding and compliance with safety & statutory norms.
• Conduct and log daily location meetings.

6. Reporting & Communication

• Revert to all mails/GICs within 30 minutes – 100% Compliance.
• Provide consignment tracking reports with remarks to stakeholders (e.g., Nitin).
• Submit and justify monthly PSV variance reports.

Mandatory Skillset & Tools

• SAP: Proficiency in GRN, OBDS, inventory, billing, and variance tracking.
• MS Office: Skilled in Excel (MIS, dashboards), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication for coordination with clients, transporters, and internal teams.
• Experience: Prior experience in managing consumer durable product warehouses is mandatory.

SLA/KPI Compliance to be Maintained

• Vehicle Unloading/GRN/Damage Block/Daily MIS – Nil Pendency
• OBDS Release & Dispatch – 100% Compliance
• POD Collection – 100% Compliance
• E-way Bill & On-Time Delivery Tracking – 100% Compliance
• Documentation (Bills, RTV, Reports) – 100% Compliance
• Safety & Housekeeping Checks – 100% Compliance
• Warehouse Dashboard/Check Charts – 100% Compliance
• Mail/GIC Response Time – Within 30 minutes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Warehouse management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Warehouse distribution: 4 years (Preferred)
