Floor Supervisor

ONLY MALE CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY. NO. FEMALE CANDIDATE PLEASE. Supervise warehouse floor operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory functions. Handle and manage a team of at least 15 personnel including pickers, loaders, and operators. Conduct daily Tool Kit Meetings to communicate targets, safety, and operational updates. Ensure execution of Daily Cycle Counts , Monthly Stock Counts , and Quarterly/Annual Stock Verifications . Perform accurate stock reconciliation using WMS and physical audits. Ensure implementation of 5S practices , Kaizen suggestions , and take ownership of assigned Kaizen area . Coordinate with client teams for dispatch priorities and stock requirements. Plan and manage manpower shift-wise for smooth workflow. Adhere to SOPs, safety norms, and product handling standards. Escalate delays, damages, or mismatches and maintain proper documentation. Promote discipline, hygiene, and PPE compliance on the floor.
